FOR DEVELOPING A PARK AT HIGHLAND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN LAS CRUCES IN

DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to develop a park at Highland elementary school for east mesa residents in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
