FOR CHANGING THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR

THE DINAMATION PROJECT IN GRANTS IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

The severance tax bond proceeds appropriated to the local government division of the department of finance and administration pursuant to Laws 1998, Chapter 7, Section 50 for planning and designing a convention center in Grants in Cibola county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are appropriated for the dinamation project in Grants in Cibola county.
