FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE EL RITO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for improvements to the El Rito elementary school to comply with the requirements of the American with Disabilities Act of 1990 in Rio Arriba county.
