REQUESTED BY

FOR PURCHASING SCHOOL BUSES FOR HEAD START CENTERS IN SAN JUAN AND MCKINLEY COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two hundred ten thousand dollars ($210,000) to purchase twenty-two-passenger school buses for head start centers in Shiprock, Newcomb, Tohatchi, Twin Lakes and Standing Rock in San Juan and McKinley counties.
