FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE GALLEGOS BASEBALL PARK IN TULAROSA IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred nine thousand seven hundred five dollars ($109,705) to plan, design and construct a concession stand, announcer booth, storage room and restrooms, pave the parking areas and purchase and install a chain link fence for the Gallegos baseball park in Tularosa in Otero county.
