SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 604

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

44TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 1999

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR HIDALGO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

thirty-seven thousand dollars ($37,000) to purchase a fully equipped handicap van for the senior center in Lordsburg in Hidalgo county;

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three million two hundred thousand dollars ($3,200,000) to plan, design and construct a primary care clinic in Lordsburg in Hidalgo county; and

• to the state department of public education

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for parking lot paving for the Animas public schools in Hidalgo county.
