FOR LAND ACQUISITION AND EXPANSION FOR THE PRESBYTERIAN MEDICAL

SERVICES BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINIC IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to purchase land for expansion and upgrade the water system for the Presbyterian medical services behavioral health clinic in Artesia in Eddy county.
