REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE TOWN OF ESTANCIA IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million eight hundred twenty-three thousand dollars ($1,823,000) to extend sewer lines, install a lift station and upgrade the existing treatment plant in the town of Estancia in Torrance county;

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred forty-five thousand dollars ($145,000) to equip the fire department in the town of Estancia in Torrance county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for vehicles and computers for the town of Estancia in Torrance county;

one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) to construct kennel facilities for the town of Estancia in Torrance county; and

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to renovate the Estancia community building and administrative offices, an historic treasure in Estancia in Torrance county.
