FOR INSTALLING A WATER SYSTEM IN GONZALES RANCH IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to install a water system for the Gonzales Ranch community association in San Miguel county.
