REQUESTED BY

FOR PHASE II CONSTRUCTION OF THE COUNTY HEALTH FACILITY IN SAN MIGUEL

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for phase II construction of the county health facility in San Miguel county.
