FOR A WATER DELIVERY SYSTEM IN SANTA ROSA IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to construct a water delivery system for the Table Top water users association in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county.
