FOR A SOLID WASTE TRANSFER STATION IN RUIDOSO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,450,000) to acquire the land for, design, develop and construct a solid waste transfer station for the Lincoln county solid waste authority in Ruidoso.
