FOR UPGRADING THE LIVESTOCK FACILITIES AT THE LINCOLN COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS IN CAPITAN IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to upgrade the livestock facilities at the Lincoln county fairgrounds in Capitan in Lincoln county.
