FOR THE SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO MAINSTREET PROGRAM IN ROOSEVELT AND

EDDY COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two million five hundred ninety-five thousand four hundred seventy-five dollars ($2,595,475) for the southeastern New Mexico landscaping and restoration mainstreet program for Portales and Artesia in Roosevelt and Eddy counties.
