FOR RENOVATION OF THE OLD SANTA FE TRAIN DEPOT IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

six hundred ninety-five thousand four hundred seventy-five dollars ($695,475) to plan, design, construct and landscape the old Santa Fe train depot for the mainstreet program in Artesia in Eddy county.
