FOR SOUTH MEADOWS ROAD CONSTRUCTION IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct South Meadows road in Santa Fe county.
