FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN COLFAX, CURRY AND QUAY COUNTIES IN SENATE DISTRICT 7.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) to plan, design and construct a wastewater plant in the village of Angel Fire in Colfax county;

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to repair the dikes at the wastewater retention lagoon in the town of Clovis in Curry county;

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design, construct and inspect improvements to the sewer and water systems in Eagle Nest in Colfax county;

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct a new water treatment plant in the town of Springer in Colfax county;

two hundred twenty-six thousand one hundred eighty dollars ($226,180) to purchase and replace the storage tank in the village of San Jon in Quay county;

six hundred forty-three thousand nine hundred ten dollars ($643,910) to replace all water and sewer lines during the reconstruction of First street in the city of Tucumcari in Quay county;

one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) to repair existing water wells for the city of Tucumcari in Quay county;

one hundred thousand nine hundred eighty-five dollars ($100,985) for water system improvements for the village of Grady in Curry county; and

sixty-seven thousand dollars ($67,000) for water and sewer improvements for the village of Cimarron in Colfax county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to demolish and remove existing grain elevators in the village of San Jon in Quay county.
