SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 400

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SENIOR CENTERS IN SENATE DISTRICT 7.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design and construct a senior center facility in the village of Cimarron in Colfax county;

one hundred seventy-one thousand nine hundred dollars ($171,900) for an exercise pool at Logan senior center in Logan in Quay county;

seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500) for a propane furnace for Harding county senior center in Harding county; and

one hundred fifty-four thousand nine hundred twelve dollars ($154,912) to plan, design, construct, furnish and equip the Des Moines senior center in Union county.
