FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF TUCUMCARI IN QUAY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for a street improvement project in the city of Tucumcari in Quay county.
