SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 398

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

44TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 1999

REQUESTED BY

FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN SENATE DISTRICT 7.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for repairs to Quay road AF in Quay county;

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to chip and seal Curry county road 17 from G to J in Curry county;

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to chip and seal on Curry county road 22 from J to H and Curry county road H from 22 to 21 and Curry county road 21 from J to K in Curry county;

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for street improvements for the city of Tucumcari in Quay county; and

seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) for road, sidewalk and drainage improvements to state road 72 in the city of Raton in Colfax county.
