FOR RENOVATIONS TO THE OLD STATE LIBRARY BUILDING AND STATE CAPITOL IN

SANTA FE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the legislative council service

one million dollars ($1,000,000) from the cash balances of the legislative council service for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 and subsequent fiscal years to renovate and repair the old state library building and make attendant renovations and repairs to the state capitol in Santa Fe in

Santa Fe county.
