REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CITY OF CLOVIS IN CURRY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to design, construct and inspect wastewater system improvements in Clovis in Curry county; and

• to the state highway and transportation department

one million two hundred sixty-eight thousand three hundred thirty-two dollars ($1,268,332) to surface and improve Twenty-first street, including widening and installation of intersection signals, between Gerry and Martin Luther King, Jr. boulevard in Curry county.
