REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT PORTALES MUNICIPAL SCHOOLS IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state department of public education

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to upgrade or install sprinkler systems at Portales municipal schools in Roosevelt county;

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to replace the lighting and audio systems at Portales high school in Roosevelt county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to upgrade heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in the Portales municipal schools in Roosevelt county.
