FOR ACEQUIA REPAIR AND DAM CONSTRUCTION IN EL VALLE IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to plan, design and construct a diversion dam and repair the acequia de Arriba in El Valle in Taos county.
