FOR PHASE IV OF THE GRANTS FAMILY CENTER IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eight hundred twenty thousand dollars ($820,000) for phase IV of the family center to complete the second gymnasium in Grants in Cibola county.
