IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design and construct an administrative and classroom facility for the head start center in Artesia in Eddy county.
