FOR EXPANSION OF THE PUBLIC LIBRARY IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and engineer the final architectural plans for the expansion of the public library in Roswell in Chaves county.
