FOR A HELIPORT FOR THE GENERAL HOSPITAL IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) to plan, design and construct a hospital heliport for the general hospital in Artesia in Eddy county.
