FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million nine hundred thousand dollars ($1,900,000) to plan, design, construct and equip the county courthouse in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
