FOR COUNTY COURTHOUSE EXPANSION AND IMPROVEMENTS IN MORA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred forty-five thousand dollars ($345,000) to plan, design, construct and acquire land for the county courthouse, including compliance with uniform building codes and to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, in Mora county.
