REQUESTED BY

FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND

APPROPRIATION TO DEVELOP ARROYO DE DESPORTES PARK AND SOFTBALL

FIELDS IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

The severance tax bond proceeds appropriated to the local government division of the department

of finance and administration pursuant to Subsection PPPP of Section 9 of Chapter 7 of Laws 1998 to

refurbish the Sabana Grande pool and facility in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county shall not be used for that purpose but are appropriated to the local government division of the department of finance and

administration to develop Arroyo de Desportes park and softball fields in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the severance tax bonding fund.
