FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO AND RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION FOR PIPELINE ROAD IN

MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to acquire right of way, surface and improve Pipeline road, Navajo 7049, in McKinley county.
