CAPABILITY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three million two hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($3,275,000) to expand and improve the regional emergency dispatch capability in Dona Ana county.
