FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN LOVING IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state agency on aging

fifty-six thousand dollars ($56,000) to construct and renovate the Loving senior center in Loving in Eddy county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to renovate and construct the community service center owned and operated by the village of Loving in Eddy county.
