44TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 1999

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN EUNICE IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to improve streets at the Bronson memorial cemetery owned by the city of Eunice in Lea county; and

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to improve, construct and resurface city streets in Eunice in Lea county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred ninety thousand dollars ($190,000) to purchase a fire truck and fire equipment for the city of Eunice in Lea county.
