44TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 1999

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to renovate and construct the livestock pavilion at the Lea county fairgrounds; and

eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) to construct additions to the Lea county cultural center.
