REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to design and construct phase III of the efficient rescue project to irrigate the municipal golf course in Carlsbad in Eddy county;

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for phase III of the erosion control project on Lake Carlsbad in Eddy county;

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) to repair floors at and purchase floor coverings for the Carlsbad museum complex in Eddy county;

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to repair, remodel and construct the interior and exterior of the Carlsbad Walter Gerrills civic center in Eddy county;

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to construct two park shelters at Martin Luther King, Jr. memorial park in Carlsbad in Eddy county;

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to construct and renovate improvements to the Pecos River village conference center facilities owned by the city of Carlsbad in Eddy county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase portable bleachers for the city of Carlsbad in Eddy county.
