REQUESTED BY

FOR A HIKING AND BIKING TRAIL IN CHAPARRAL IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design and construct the Chaparral hiking and biking trail in Dona Ana county.
