FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE CHAPARRAL PUBLIC SERVICE COMPLEX IN CHAPARRAL IN

DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to expand and improve the Chaparral public service complex in Chaparral in Dona Ana county.
