FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO COUNTY ROAD A049 IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for culverts, drainage and improvements to the paved portion of county road A049 in Torrance county.
