FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN SILVER CITY IN GRANT

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

nine hundred seventy-eight thousand seven hundred dollars ($978,700) for an addition to the second floor of Harlan hall at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county;

one million one hundred twenty-five thousand four hundred dollars ($1,125,400) to repair and renovate Graham gym at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county;

one million two hundred sixty thousand four hundred dollars ($1,260,400) to renovate Martinez and Phelps Dodge buildings at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county;

four hundred forty-six thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($446,250) to purchase and improve property for additional parking and future expansion at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county;

nine hundred five thousand eight hundred sixty dollars ($905,860) to expand and renovate the athletic facilities at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county;

two hundred ninety-two thousand dollars ($292,000) to improve library services to off-campus sites of western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county;

one million thirty thousand dollars ($1,030,000) for extended learning fund projects at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county;

two million seventy thousand dollars ($2,070,000) for academic computing technology at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county;

five hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($525,000) to implement the management information systems phase II at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county;

two million dollars ($2,000,000) for infrastructure renovation and expansion at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county;

one million two hundred eighty-five thousand dollars ($1,285,000) to renovate and expand Sechlar hall at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county; and

three million one hundred seventy-two thousand three hundred dollars ($3,172,300) to complete construction of the center for information technology at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county.
