FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO COUNTY ROAD 0324 AND THE PARKING AREA OF LA CLINICA

DEL PUEBLO IN TIERRA AMARILLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to plan, design and construct parking areas and to improve county road 0324 near La Clinica del Pueblo de Rio Arriba in Tierra Amarilla in Rio Arriba county.
