I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thirty-seven thousand dollars ($137,000) to purchase and install playground equipment and to purchase two vehicles for youth activities in Bluffview, south of Farmington in San Juan county.
