FOR PHASE IV OF THE STREET LIGHTING PROJECT IN SHIPROCK IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two hundred thirty-eight thousand dollars ($238,000) for phase IV of the street lighting project in Shiprock in San Juan county.
