FOR PURCHASING AN AMBULANCE FOR PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to purchase an ambulance for Portales in Roosevelt county.
