FOR HOGBACK BRIDGE AND ACCESS ROADS IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

six million dollars ($6,000,000) to plan, design and construct Hogback bridge and access roads in San Juan county.
