FOR A VEHICLE FOR THE RAPE CRISIS CENTER IN ESPANOLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to purchase a vehicle to be used by the Espanola rape crisis center in Espanola in Rio Arriba county.
