FOR THE DONA ANA BRANCH BORDER AREA SATELLITE OF NEW MEXICO STATE

UNIVERSITY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one million two hundred fifty-three thousand dollars ($1,253,000) to plan, design, construct and equip the Dona Ana branch border area satellite of New Mexico state university in Dona Ana county.
