FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO AMPARO ROAD IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred eighty thousand dollars ($180,000) to make improvements to Amparo road in Dona Ana county.
