FOR RENOVATION OF WILLIAMS HALL AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

three million five hundred thousand dollars ($3,500,000) to renovate Williams hall, including upgrading heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
